Our team arrives two to three hours before service to set up, requiring just a three-and-a-half metre square space. We’re completely self-sufficient — no utilities or services needed. Ahead of your event, a dedicated Event Manager will contact you to confirm timings, dietary requirements, and any optional add-ons such as desserts or extra meats.
